How we scope an ESD project
We review ANSI/ESD S20.20-style controls only as far as your site mandates — the packaging is one layer in a full programme that includes grounding, garments, and ionisation where needed.
Typical deliverables: defined material class for each layer, handling instructions for assembly and logistics, and compatibility with your barcode and cleanroom wipe protocols.

Provide target resistance band, part mass, and any outgassing limits. First article correlation to your megohmmeter checks is recommended before volume.
Lead times vary with material availability for specialised films and compounds.
Quality & safety
ESD performance can degrade with abrasion, cleaning chemistry, and humidity. Re-test intervals belong in your ESD programme; we supply handling notes for packaging layers we provide.
Avoid open flame near solvent-heavy cleaning in enclosed totes; follow local VOC rules.
