PP inserts, grids & partitions — protect parts without guesswork
Inserts turn a simple box into a controlled cavity layout. Medwol cuts and forms PP sheet into grids, lane dividers, finger slots, and perimeter frames so each part has a defined seat — reducing scuffing, nesting damage, and mixed-SKU mistakes at the line.
We work from STEP files, 2D drawings, or physical samples. Where vibration is an issue, we adjust rib height, undercut relief, and tie-down points so the insert survives repeated trips without shedding flakes into sensitive assemblies.

Design notes we solve early
Clearance: We leave predictable gaps for thermal expansion and robotic gripper access.

Send CAD or send parts to our Chakan team for digitising. Sample inserts are quoted with lead times tied to machine queue.
