Plastic pallets remove splinters, nails, and moisture-driven weight swing that wood can show in humid months. For export, ISPM-15 heat treatment is not required for plastic — simplifying documentation when your customer accepts the pallet type.

Choosing deck and runner layout
Racking: Open decks may need support area calculations for thin boxes. ASRS: Automation often needs tight dimensional tolerance and chamfered corners.
We ask for max unit load, handling (fork vs pallet jack), and whether the pallet must nest in empties.

Ordering & delivery
Share load diagram (weight, dimensions, CG), racking span, and truck cube targets. We quote variants with runner layouts and optional anti-slip pads.
Delivery: full truck loads common; smaller lots may consolidate with other Medwol shipments when possible.
Quality & safety
Rated capacities assume even load distribution and correct fork entry. Dynamic racking approvals belong to your rack vendor and structural engineer.
Store pallets flat when possible; prolonged point loads can cold-flow thermoplastics in extreme heat.
